Upon review of the record, it has come to the Court's attention that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice of deficiency for tax year 2020 issued to petitioner Kenneth Russell Byrholdt, upon which this case is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to Mr. Byrholdt upon which this case is based.
