This case is controlled by the rulings made in the companion case of Byrd v. Riggs, ante, the only difference being that the instant suit is for the recovery of an automobile and the hire thereof, whereas that case is for household goods and the hire thereof.

Judgment affirmed. Townsend and Carlisle, JJ., concur.
