Bjorn Bylsma v. Alyssa Bylsma

LC No. 15-001684-DM

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal, motions for immediate consideration, motion for peremptory reversal, and motion for stay are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the March 11, 2022 postjudgment order is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR 7.202(6)(a). Specifically, the December 7, 2015 amended judgment of divorce was the first judgment that disposed of all the claims and adjudicated the rights and liabilities of all the parties. MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i). Additionally, although the March 11, 2022 order is a postjudgment order, the order does not grant or deny "a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile." MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii).
