The order striking the petition for benefits as insufficient for failure to include a social security number is reversed on the authority of Cagnoli v. Tandem Staffing, 888 So.2d 79 (Fla. 1st DCA 2004). The case is remanded to the Judge of Compensation Claims for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
