WRIT DENIED. According to the district court judge's office, on or before August 14, 2013, the district court ordered service of relator's "Petition to Annul Judgment," and on August 19, 2013, the district court provided this Court with a minute entry of its action. Accordingly, since the matter is proceeding, relator's writ is denied.
