ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

Based upon our examination of petitioners' Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, filed February 8, 2022, the Court concludes that petitioners' signatures on that document were made using a cursive computer font. While the Court permits the filing of documents signed with imaged or digitized signatures, the use of cursive fonts is not acceptable. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov, for examples of acceptable imaged or digitized signatures. In addition, petitioners' application bears an incorrect docket number.

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 2, 2022, petitioners shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case or submit a proper Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for the Court's consideration. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee can be found in the "Guidance for Petitioners" tab of the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov.
