This case is calendared for trial at the February 7, 2022, Tampa, Florida, Remote Trial Session of the Court. On January 5, 2022, respondent filed a third Motion For Continuance. Respondent represents to the Court that petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed January 5, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 7, 2022, Tampa, Florida, Remote Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
