This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida, remote trial session. On September 20, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. On October 8, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and requesting 60 days to file stipulated decision documents with the Court. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida, remote trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 8, 2021, the parties shall file proposed stipulated decision documents with the Court.
