For the reasons set forth in Wall et al. v. American Employers Insurance Company et al. (State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways) La. App., 215 So.2d 913, rendered this 8th day of November, 1968, with which this matter was consolidated for trial and appeal, the judgment of the trial court dismissing and rejecting plaintiffs' claim against defendant, State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways, is affirmed at appellants' cost.

Affirmed.
