This case was stricken from the Court's May 6, 2024, Tampa, Florida trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On August 23, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that petitioners Loyd J. Butdorf, Jr. and Shawna J. Butdorf no longer agree with the proposed settlement and turned over additional documents to the Commissioner to support their position.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 12, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report.
