Cross-appeals from a judgment of the superior court for Yakima county, Hawkins, J., entered July 3, 1936, dismissing, as to one of the plaintiffs, an action for personal injuries, and entering judgment upon the verdict of a jury in favor of the other plaintiffs. Affirmed on defendants' appeal; reversed on appeal of plaintiff Buss.
