This case is calendared for trial at the standalone remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 22, 2023.

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the above-referenced remote trial session at a date and time certain of 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. The parties may refer to the Notice of Remote Proceeding served, December 14, 2022, to access the remote proceedings. If this case remains for trial, the parties need not attend the calendar call on Monday, May 22, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that if a basis of settlement has not been reached, on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, May 18, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a Joint Stipulation of Facts.
This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties herein. The parties are reminded that the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases, served December 14, 2022, remains in full force and effect. Petitioners are reminded of possible assistance available to respond to this Order and any other issues through low-income taxpayer clinics which can be found on the Court's website at https://www.ustaxcourt.gov/clinics.html and a list is also attached to this Order.
