ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2024, either (1) petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a stipulated decision resolving this case. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
