Before the Court are appellant's motion to supplement the record and appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief.
We GRANT the motion to supplement the record to the extent that we ORDER court reporter Sharon Sudderth to file on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2024 a supplemental reporter's record containing the presentence investigation report that was admitted into evidence at the March 26, 2015 sentencing hearing.
We GRANT appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief, and we ORDER appellant's brief filed within FIFTEEN DAYS after the supplemental reporter's record is filed in this Court.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Sharon Sudderth, Official Court Reporter, 354th District Court, and counsel for all parties.
