Action to enjoin the defendants from enforcing a judgment against the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury, where the court, McGrath, J., granted the defendants' motions for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
