JUDGMENT

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the supplemental complaint (Doc. 13) be DENIED as to defendants Nurse Gandy, the unknown doctor at Kilby Correctional Center, and A, B, C, Insurance Company for Medical Correctional Services and that these defendants be and are hereby dismissed without prejudice, prior to service of process, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2)(B)(i) or (ii).

ORDER

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issue raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court. It is ORDERED that the supplemental complaint (Doc. 13) be DENIED as to defendants Nurse Gandy, the unknown doctor at Kilby Correctional Center, and A, B, C, Insurance Company for Medical Correctional Services and that these defendants be dismissed without prejudice, prior to service of process, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2)(B)(i) or (ii).
