We affirm the final judgment in all respects except for the trial court's refusal to award prejudgment interest. We remand with directions that the trial court do so on the authority of Argonaut Insurance Co. v. May Plumbing Co., 474 So.2d 212 (Fla. 1985).

Affirmed as modified; remanded with directions.
