In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of a collision between plaintiff's and defendants' automobiles, order setting aside verdict in favor of plaintiff as contrary to the weight of the evidence and granting a new trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs to abide the event. No opinion.
