Defendant-appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 2201, for a stay of certain provisions of orders of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered October 6, 2020, and March 12, 2021, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals taken herein from those orders, and Denise R. Munson, Esq., the attorney for the children, having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5519 (c), for a stay of enforcement of certain provisions of an order of said court entered March 12, 2021, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein from that order,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are denied.
