The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 158 Conn.App. 766, 120 A.3d 555 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court correctly affirm the judgment of the trial court denying the plaintiff's request for attorney's fees pursuant to General Statutes § 52–249(a)?”
