On April 5, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision in this case. Respondent represented that the parties had executed decision documents but that, due to technical difficulties, petitioner was unable to transmit a signed copy. On April 6, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, signed by petitioner and respondent. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed April 5, 2022, is denied as moot. The Proposed Stipulated Decision will be entered in due course.
