IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their respective counsel, that the date for Defendant to file his Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Defendant's Cross-Motion for Dismissal or Summary Judgment be moved from September 23, 2005 to September 26, 2005. Defendant's pleading will be served by facsimile on September 26, 2005, on counsel for Plaintiff. Because counsel for Plaintiff will out of town on September 26, 2005, he will accept hand-delivery of the pleading, with exhibits, on September 27, 2005.
