On order of the Court, the motion to strike is considered, and it is GRANTED as to all portions of the plaintiff's motion that are not pertinent to the issues of this case. MCR 7.316(A)(7). Cf. MCR 2.115(B). The motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of December 4, 2002 is also considered, and it is DENIED because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously.
