In our Order To Show Cause, dated March 24, 2021, we directed petitioner to show cause, in writing, why the Court should not issue an Order directing the small case designation be removed in this case. On August 31, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

ORDERED that the Court's Order To Show Cause, dated March 24, 2021, is discharged as moot.
