Proceeding in certiorari by R. A. Burlingame against the Justice’s Court of the City of Berkeley, County of Alameda, Oliver Youngs, Justice, to review an order granting the motion of Charles Kaufman to amend a default judgment against O. A. Burlingame by substituting petitioner as judgment debtor. From a judgment annulling the order, respondent appeals.

Reversed.
