Burlingame against the Justice’s Court of the City of Berkeley, County of Alameda, Oliver Youngs, Justice, to review an order granting the motion of Charles Kaufman to amend a default judgment against O. A. Burlingame by substituting petitioner as judgment debtor. From a judgment annulling the order, respondent appeals.

Reversed.
