Opinion

No. Q-263.

April 11, 1972.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Marion County; John W. Booth, Judge.

James M. Smith, Jr., Ocala, for appellant.

John Montgomery Greene, Ocala, for appellee.

Appellant appeals from an adverse final judgment in a quiet title suit instituted by appellee.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein and our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no error was committed in the trial court. Accordingly, the judgment appealed is affirmed.

SPECTOR, C.J., and WIGGINTON and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
