Before the Court is appellants' July 15, 2024 unopposed amended motion to supplement the appellate record and extend the time to file their opening brief. We GRANT the motion as follows. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to transfer a copy of the clerk's record, supplemental clerk's record, and reporter's record from appellate cause number 05-15-01361-CV into this appeal. We further DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to transfer a copy of the clerk's record, two supplemental clerk's records, and reporter's record filed in appellate cause number 05-21-00088-CV into this appeal.
We ORDER Official Court Reporter Destiny Moses to file, no later than July 31, 2024, the reporter's record of the hearing conducted on September 12, 2023.
Appellants' opening brief will be due August 30, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Moses and all parties.
