By notice dated October 24, 2023, we notified the court reporter that the reporter's record was past due and directed her to file the record within thirty days. To date, the reporter has not filed the reporter's record or otherwise communicated with the Court. Appellant is indigent and allowed to proceed without payment of costs. Accordingly, we ORDER Court Reporter Quinlan Jones to file, on or before January 19, 2024, either the reporter's record or written confirmation that appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record. We caution appellant that should we receive written confirmation of no request, we will order the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Alejandra Ortiz, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 1; Ms. Jones; and, all parties.
