This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session scheduled to begin on October 31, 2022. On August 22, 2022, respondent filed a (1) motion for continuance and (2) motion to remand. Respondent states in both of the motions that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motions. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed August 22, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand, filed August 22, 2022, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than November 21, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2022, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
