Upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report, filed April 12, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 19, 2024, a duly appointed representative of petitioner Linda S. Burkhart's estate shall file an appropriate Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption. Failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal for lack of prosecution of petitioner Linda S. Burkhart, Deceased or other appropriate action of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Russell Gordon at the address listed for him in the First Amended Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed October 30, 2023.
