ORDER

DEBORAH A. SERVITTO PRESIDING JUDGE

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion to waive the transcript production requirement of MCR 7.209 is GRANTED.

The motion for partial stay pending appeal is GRANTED IN PART, as follows. Enforcement of the First Amended Judgment of Divorce is STAYED with regard to the distribution of defendant's retirement fund to plaintiff and both parties are enjoined from transferring any funds from both parties' retirement accounts pending resolution of this appeal or further order of this Court. The motion for partial stay is DENIED with regard to the other issues raised in the motion.

Servitto, P.J., would grant immediate consideration and waive production of the transcript required by MCR 7.209, but deny even a partial stay pending appeal.
