MASTER AND SERVANT, § 59 — sufficiency of evidence in action for wages, etc. In farm hand's action against employer to recover $300 allegedly due as wages, part of a bonus and one-half the value of certain hogs after contract of employment for one year had been terminated by employer, wherein defendant counterclaimed for $713.50 representing value of milk sold by plaintiff, value of eggs produced by plaintiff's chickens, value of feed furnished by defendant to plaintiff, and sums representing money paid by defendant for cultivation of crops while plaintiff was sick, evidence did not authorize verdict awarding plaintiff full amount claimed and disallowing counterclaim in its entirety.

Appeal from the County Court of Piatt county; the Hon. B.E. MORAN, Judge, presiding.
Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at the October term, 1948.
