This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on September 6, 2022, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On August 26, 2022, the Court held a conference call with counsel for the parties. They reported that the parties have reached a basis for settlement of this case.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 7, 2022, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
