This case is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 28, 2024, and heard on April 29, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the Detroit, Michigan, trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before May 29, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if a joint report is not possible) of the then-present status of this case.
