ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On November 10, 2021, petitioner submitted an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. Upon review of that application, petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2021, petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee for this case. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee can be found in the "Guidance for Petitioners" tab of the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action of the Court. 1
