Appeal from a decision by the named defendant dismissing the plaintiff's claim that he had been discriminated against on the basis of his religion, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Fuller, J., granted the named defendant's motion to dismiss and rendered judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Felix Burgos, pro se, the appellant (plaintiff), filed a brief.

Philip A. Murphy, Jr., commission counsel, and Charles Krich, staff attorney, filed a brief for the appellee (named defendant).
