1 Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

The Court GRANTS the Court Reporter's fourth request for extension of time within which to file the Reporter's Record until June 20, 2024. Absent extraordinary circumstances, additional extensions will be disfavored.

It is further ORDERED that Cynthia Lenz, Official Court Reporter for the 49th District Court of Webb County, Texas, prepare the Reporter's Record and forward the same to this Court on or before June 19, 2024. If the reporter's record in this cause is not filed by June 19, 2024, this Court may take appropriate measures to protect Appellant's rights such as abating this cause for a hearing on the issue.
