ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session.
Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, docket entry 13, filed September 22, 2023. Respondent moves that the Court set this case for a remote hearing and issue a notice of remote proceeding to provide a return date and location for a subpoena duces tecum respondent intends to issue. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioner does not object to the granting of this Motion.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, docket entry 13, is granted. It is further
ORDERED that this case is scheduled for remote hearing at the Court's November 8, 2023, Washington, District of Columbia, special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at which time any subpoena duces tecum may be returnable. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that contains comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further
ORDERED that, no later than Wednesday, November 1, 2023, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary.
Special Trial Judge Diana L. Leyden will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
