ORDERED that the document filed at Docket Index #11 is hereby recharacterized as petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 18, 2024, respondent shall file either a response to petitioner's motion or a properly executed proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that the document filed at Docket Index #12 is hereby deemed stricken from the record as a duplicate of the document at Docket Index #11.
