Certificate of appointment as motor vehicle inspection station suspended by Secretary of Transportation. Certificate holder appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. Appeal sustained. Commonwealth appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Reversed and remanded. ( 23 Pa. Commw. 260) Appeal sustained. LOWE, P.J. Commonwealth appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.
