DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing Pro Hac Vice admission of Ann Marie Duffy, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia, and Donald W. Fowler, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Ann Marie Duffy, Esq., and Donald W. Fowler, Esq., are admitted Pro Hac Vice for the purpose of representing appellant upon the appeal.
