Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that plaintiffs may file a corrected reply brief with the corrections as specified by the affirmation of Anthony A. Murad, Esq., dated June 30, 2023, and
It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs shall file and serve the corrected reply brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before July 27, 2023.
