NOVITA BUNDY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge.

On March 20, 2023, the Court filed respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Upon review of the record, it appears that respondent filed a duplicative motion, and both motions appear incorrect as to petitioner's name in the motion. For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motions (docket entries 11 and 12), are stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before April 17, 2023, file a revised Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
