LUIS BULAS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge

On April 29, 2024, docket entry 28, the parties filed a Joint Status Report and attached thereto, as Exhibit A, the Supplemental Notice of Determination (Notice) dated January 18, 2024. The parties have been communicating and believe that they are nearing a conclusion of this case. Petitioner indicated that he mailed a motion to the Court which requests his case be dismissed by allowing him to voluntarily withdraw the petition. Respondent is also preparing a motion that he believes will address other matters contained in Petitioner's petition that will not be resolved by Petitioner's motion. The parties believe that both motions will allow the Court to dismiss this case.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents, or file appropriate Motions, or a Status Report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
