ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge.

On November 13, 2023, docket entry 26, the parties filed a Joint Status Report which indicates that respondent's counsel is currently reviewing the assigned Settlement Officer's supplemental Notice of Determination. Once the Notice of Determination is issued to Petitioner, respondent's counsel will file a status report attaching a copy for the Court's record. The parties request that the Court issue an order requiring a joint status report as to the then-present status of the case or a proposed stipulated decision document in sixty (60) days.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Status Report to include a Supplemental Notice of Determination (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
