Before the Court is the August 22, 2022 request of Robin Washington, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 2, for an extension of time to file the record. The reporter's record was filed on August 23. Accordingly, we DENY the motion as moot.
The clerk's record is past due. Appellants have provided written verification of payment for the clerk's record. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we 1 ORDER Dallas County Clerk John Warren to file the clerk's record on or before September 1, 2022.
