On January 4, 2024, attorney Ardney J. Boland, III filed an entry of appearance on behalf of the Commissioner. Since there was no certificate of service attached to that document demonstrating that it was served on petitioners Pamela K. Buice and Lester L. Buice, and since the Buices do not receive electronic service, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 26, 2024, Mr. Boland shall file a certificate of service with respect to the above-referenced entry of appearance. The Commissioner is advised that it is not necessary to refile the entry of appearance.
