    This is another case, like White v. Sadler, 350 Mich. 511 (followed in Melvin v. Reading, 351 Mich. 332), in which we are asked to consider alleged neglect or disloyalty of former counsel as ground for setting aside a decree or judgment entered against the party for whom such counsel acted — or failed to act. So is Buhay v. Buhay, 356 Mich. 141. In this opinion we shall refer to plaintiff's original attorney of record as her "former counsel."
