Order of the Suffolk County Court denying motion for an order directing the plaintiff or his attorney to accept service of answer, or, in the alternative, to open appellant's default in serving answer, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
