Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiff in an action to recover amount of check on which payment was stopped. The order granted plaintiff's motion to set aside the verdict of the jury in favor of defendant and directed judgment in favor of plaintiff for the amount demanded in the complaint.)
